Focus and hard work run parallel, says Rhiti Sports owner Arun Pandey
The determined young generation often lays focus on outcomes, rather
than working on the process. Arun Pandey, the owner of Rhiti Group, believes
that the youth should put in hard work, and follow the principles of success
without worrying about the result. Pandey, who has achieved success by sticking
to the basics, restated that if the youth is focused towards the goal, things
will undoubtedly fall in place.
ArunPandey, who is an erstwhile Ranji player, was passionate about
cricket, but later he realized that his fervor will not take him too far in his
pursuit for excellence. He understood that entrepreneurship was his cup of tea.
He quit playing to become a successful entrepreneur. He also restated that it
is imperative for every individual to find out the actual strength, at a right
time. If we succeed in realizing our strengths, half of the battle is won.
It is a widespread problem in our society these days that majority of
the youngsters are compelled to follow the same prototype, without giving them an
opportunity to uncover their abilities. Arun Pandey thinks that it is vital to allow
the children find their feet. It is also essential for every person to overcome
the fear and do the unconventional. He further added that if he had not given
himself a chance to become an entrepreneur, he wouldn’t have been able to
establish Rhiti Sports, a division of Rhiti Group, which is now rated as one of
the leading sports management companies in India.
Pandey is of an opinion that the youth must adopt a healthy lifestyle to
boost the fitness for achieving success. He believes that the talent and skill are
useless if an individual is lacking physical or mental strength. The
cricketer-turned-entrepreneur said that the objective behind launching the
brand SEVEN and Sportsfit is to endorse a healthy lifestyle, and motivate the
youth to adopt a courageous attitude for better results.
